| A Note to Our Guests At Freddy's, we have always been focused on 3 pillars: Quality, Hospitality, and Cleanliness. Those pillars have always guided our culture, and Freddy's has made food safety and the well-being of Team Members and Guests our first priority. As we continue to prepare for or deal with the impact of the coronavirus, I want you to know that Freddy's is committed to your safety and keeping our Team Members, Guests, and restaurants safe. We are actively monitoring the communities in which we operate as well as each of our restaurants. In addition, we are making decisions with health and safety at top of mind. Our restaurants and drive-thrus are open and we are working hard to keep the Freddy's products you love available. As the situation has evolved, we have been reviewing our procedures and our restaurants have enhanced our sanitizing and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our Guests and Team Members. Internally, we have further emphasized our policy that Team Members who are not feeling well must stay home. In addition, all franchise restaurants have been equipped with recommended procedures to follow if someone from their restaurant becomes impacted by the virus. We will communicate updates locally as required in the event we need to take other preventative measures to ensure the safety of Team Members and Guests.
